We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. All orders ship from our studio in the United States.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped via UPS and DHL, depending on destination and selected shipping method.
Delivery Estimates
United States
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Canada
- Standard Shipping: 7–10 business days
International
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days

Customs & Duties
All orders ship from the United States.
International orders (including Canada) may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees, determined by your local customs authority.
These charges are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is secure.
Once tracking shows a package as delivered, Frankie Collective is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. At that point, the order is considered fulfilled.
Incorrect Addresses
Please review your shipping details carefully at checkout.
Frankie Collective is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. Returned packages may be subject to a reshipment fee.
