Frankie Collective specializes in authentic vintage and one-of-one reworked pieces.
Each garment is individually sourced and reworked — no two pieces are the same. Because of this, we encourage thoughtful purchasing.
Final Sale
All vintage and reworked items are final sale.
This includes:

These items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
Eligible Returns
For non-vintage items, we offer store credit only. Refunds are not available.
To be eligible for a return:

Request must be submitted within 15 days of delivery

Item must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition

All original tags and security seals must be attached
Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, fragrance, or other marks.

Damages or Issues
Each piece is carefully inspected before shipping.
Due to the nature of vintage, minor wear, fading, or imperfections are expected and part of the garment’s character.
If your item arrives with a major undisclosed flaw or significantly differs from its description, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
Include a photo and brief description, and our team will review and provide next steps.
How to Start a Return
Return requests must be submitted through our Returns Portal within 15 days of delivery.
Once approved:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Items must meet all return conditions
Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
Processing
Once your return is received, please allow up to 14 business days for inspection and processing.
Approved returns will be issued as store credit, valid for one year from the date of issue.
Items that do not meet return standards may be sent back at the customer’s expense.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed.
